What we offer

Oceana is a five-star boutique hotel set within a private wildlife reserve on the Eastern Cape coast. We offer:

• Luxury suite accommodation and a private house, on a bed-and-breakfast or dinner-inclusive basis;
• Dining at our restaurant for in-house guests;
• Guided wildlife and nature experiences, including game and nature drives, beach access and horse riding;
• Weddings, celebrations and private events by arrangement.

Rates, inclusions and availability are shown during the booking process and may vary by season.

Prices and currency

All rates and transactions on this website are quoted and processed in South African Rand (ZAR), the only currency used on this site. If you pay with an international card, your bank or card issuer converts the amount at their prevailing exchange rate; any conversion fees are set by them, not by us.

Booking and payment

Bookings can be made through this website, our online booking engine, or directly with our reservations team. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued you a written confirmation. Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and we do not store your card details on our systems.

Delivery of services

We provide hospitality services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped to you. Your booking is delivered as the accommodation, meals and experiences you have reserved, provided at Oceana on the dates of your confirmed reservation. A booking confirmation is sent to you by email as soon as your payment is successfully processed.

Export restrictions

Not applicable. We provide hospitality services that are enjoyed in person at our premises in South Africa. No goods are exported.

Governing law and domicile

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, our country of domicile, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
